Because Prime=beard doesn't have the feats for "At Least", & the supernova actually do scale to the pacificas. Those who don't can just get a possibly since it makes it difficult to gauge Kizaru otherwise.
Teach needs changing though I think he should get a higher rating but that won't happen till we close the gap between 8 teratons and 2 gigatons.

Primebeard key should exist regardless, especially now that we have seen him actually doing something.
Most of the Supernovas have no reason to have a key for their Pre-Timeskip. Drake and Urouge are the only ones that fought a Pacifista so they can stay. Kid and Law off-screened it, and we know that both have DF abilities effective against a robot so measuring them based on that is a flaw.
None of them did anything to compare them to the SH. Heck, the closest interaction between Supernovas was Bonney stopping Zoro from cutting a Tenryuubito.

Primebeard > Oden  Kaido  Old Beard. Seems fine to add an at least rating (at least isn't to denote that he's in the next tier but that he's some deal greater than the calc he scales too.)
As for the supernova as I explained the only two that get profiles would be Urouge and X-Drake, the current Law pre-timeskip profile is extremely messy as it assumes he can use techniques he only ever showed in the new world such as haki.

Okay, here are the suggested changes.
- Every Supernova but Drake and Urouge get their Pre-Timeskip keys deleted and we add note stating that the abilities and ratings are based on Post-Timeskip feats mostly.
- Drake and Urouge's Pre-Timeskip keys changes to Unknow in Base, High 7-C with amps as both have no feats in their bases.
- Shirohige gets a Prime key with 6-B rating.
- Kurohige's profile would be split like thi: High 7-A | At least High 7-A, referring to Before eating the Gura Gura Fruit | After eating the Gura Gura Fruit.

Use them in their Post-Timeskip keys, pointing that they did that 2 years ago.

We know that Big Mom and Kaido are much stronger nowadays then they we're 38 years ago (it was stated in the manga chapter 958 I think, titled "Ultimate") but we don't know for sure that they are much stronger than they we're 20 years ago (we're the flashback is at currently). I personally believe that even if Big Mom and Kaido aren't in their prime 20 years ago, then they're pretty close so they should still 6-B, just a little lower than what they scale to currently. That's what I believe at least.

Not necessarily. We don't know how much did they improve during the timeskip.

Just informing Dr.Fix since when he was responding to Eminiteable he said that he kept hearing that Big Mom and Kaido we're weaker back in the day, which implies that he wasn't aware that it was stated in the chapter.
