You don't need to burn something for heat to pass through it. Haki does allow one to resist heat, and stronger Haki can resist more heat as seen with Sanji in Wano but Haki doesn't negate heat completely.

Regular Buso yes, not for Buso Emission though. Heat doesn't pass through its barrier.

I don't agree. That's like saying no amount of projected energy could get through the barrier, so Haki barriers are invulnerable and have unlimited durability unless the energy beam user has shown interaction with spiritual stuff in their verse.

Well no not necessarily. My point is that heat specifically has shown that to be something that can't interact with projected Haki, as Luffy is quite literally extending himself so that he isn't what is touching it.
If the heat has enough power backing it, for example, it could break through and melt the person behind it. But high temperatures alone isn't a counter to projected Haki.

I'm not sure why you think that any ordinary heat can't interact with projected Haki at all. Yes, the heat isn't directly touching Luffy himself first, but Haki hasn't been shown to flat-out stop all levels of heat.
And it doesn't solve the issue that for passive heat in the area, the heat would just go around the barrier. Haki emission hasn't been shown to work like an omnidirectional forcefield all around the user.

Zoro easily has the speed and power... The only problem he would have is if kizaru is just flying away and trying to tire out Zoro from afar... Which I don't think would matter in the end because of Zoro's ranged slashes

I think that it depends on which Gorosei we are talking about. The spider and worm youkai would likely have been comparative fodder without their regeneration saving them from easily having their bodies destroyed, whereas Warcury (the gigantic firebreathing pig) seemed to be even stronger than Kaidou even without regeneration, and the skeleton horse and the "pterodactyl" seemed to be somewhere in-between. And Figarland Garling will probably be even stronger than Warcury after his power-up with giant youkai powers.

I would probably subjectively rate the Gorosei like this in terms of power: Figarland Garling (Likely second only to Imu and original Joyboy)>Warcury (Apparently stronger than Kaido, given that Nika form Luffy could not hurt him)>Nusjuru (Likely admiral level or above given his Pacifista feat)>Mars (Unknown)>Ju Peter (Was easily chopped in half by Dory and Brogy)>Saturn (Had his body effortlessly destroyed by Luffy and nearly destroyed by Kuma).

If Saturn with his size can handle gear 5 and kizaru can't... That still proves he's superior, Still a fact... Doesn't matter the advantage (That's like saying giants aren't stronger than other normal human soldiers because they are big)

It's only his durability that was strong, it never went against luffy using adv con haki so he isn't confirmed more durable than kaido
Easily overpowered gear 5 luffy from just sucking (

Truth, Saturn overpowered sanji with it and heavily damaged gear 5Well, maybe you are right. For example, Saturn seemed to have powerful non-physical telepathic abilities that the others haven't demonstrated.
And then there's Nusjuro's bite that overpowered Sanji in a similar way
