Jinbe can defeat Robin due to his Kenbu and AoE attacks, but his AP isn't higher than hers.

It would probably allow him to deal with the arms as soon as they spawn, that's what I was thinking.
And Kenbu would also allow him to perfectly hit Robin and I don't see her lasting a whole lot.
