One Piece General Discussion: Elbaph

Not only are you mfs disagreeing with Kachon, but with Oda too.
Marco's body is physical. The flames are just insta-heals. There's no point on being a regen monster if the dude immediately bleeds after getting hit
I'm just saying. It really seems like he didn't get hurt by Queen.

Pretty sure the regen would be instinctive. Just like Kizaru instinctively turning into light when a chain chomp hit him.
He's not a logia, the panel itself shows it's not instinctive as he was damaged and didn't instantly heal it with his flames like he did in his hybrid/zoan forms.

That falls under Stamina/Endurance.

Injury tolerance: How much actual damage a character can withstand and continue to act in spite of it. It is common in fiction to see characters continue to fight despite grievous injuries, such as broken or missing limbs, heavy blood loss, and organ damage. Extreme cases may resemble Type 2 Immortality, with characters temporarily pushing on through injuries that should have killed them. However, as long as an injury remains lethal, it is not actually Type 2 Immortality.

His body is confirmed physical, he's not a logia, his body has durability, and it still got holes blown through it. Him being unfazed by the damage caused to his body is Injury Tolerance.

Ooo, it does say that... 🤔

Tho it doesn't say or imply that it completely negates haki still, just that even using his strong haki or stronger haki to defend himself... You'll still get wounded

This can either support that haki is weaker to utilize internally or that somehow internal df attacks negate arm haki

Man... They just had to make this more difficult 😤🙉 tho still trusting that haki can defend internally, just that it's more tougher to do
Makes sense since the Gamma Knife was able to really hurt Kaido even when Kaido has better Haki than Law.

What I'm saying is that he wasn't in pain from King cutting his wing, yet we still know that King scales to Zoan Marco since Marco's wing is physical.
Oh brother.
I'll deal with these trashy arguments when I get home.
For now please cease this discussion. Thank you.

Brother, are you trying to say that King doesn't scale neither? Because if so....
King fought him offscreen and came out victorious via Marco running out of stamina.
Not to mention he took attacks from him easily.
He scales.
Queen doesn't. Marco was rocking him with each attack.

Marco was rocking him with each attack.
"Each attack." There were 2.

First attack was an off-guard attack to his throat that made him cough out blood. He doesn't have to be above Queen's level to be able to do that.

Second attack was against Base Queen who couldn't defend himself due to lifting up rubble, and was still left with moderate @Damage3245.

Saying that Queen was "rocking him" from 2 instances without actually mentioning the contexts of those instances is pretty dishonest tbh.

This is hilarious because IJ Sanji gets his scaling off of hitting an off guard Queen but nobody points that out.
