Outlier, not in character, pis, still non Canon, NLFJust wait for a canon One piece movie, which suddenly upgrades luffy to moon or planet lvl (Ichigo, Deku and Naruto got some big upgrades from canon movies, especially ichigo)

Never underestimate the power of canon movies.
Skiki overhypedShiki below Doffy, Katakuri and Ceaser confirmed (thanks god, this movie is not canon)
I feel like he was only strong because he had a very huge pirate fleet it's like saying luffy beating don chinjoa should be non canonPre-time-skip Luffy beating a Yonko lvl character would be PIS.
He was part of the Rocks' pirates and hyped up to be almost on the same level as the others in the crew: such as John, Kaido, Big mom and Whitebeard (All are confirmed to have unlocked Haoshoku Haki).I feel like he was only strong because he had a very huge pirate fleet
Yee... I'd say he would be admiral lvl back in the day but with a very huge and powerful pirate fleetWell, prime Shiki could hold his own against Garp + Sengoku for a while.

Admiral level isn't that far behind Yonko levelYee... I'd say he would be admiral lvl back in the day but with a very huge and powerful pirate fleet
He was a rival to Garp long in the past, and he was missing his primary weapon when fighting Luffy.I mean... Don chinjoa was a rival to Garp and luffy one shotted him...
Correction; Time-skip luffy defeated Don chinjao, who also one shotted a pacifista that made his pre-time-self and crew look like nameless marine soldiers.I mean... Don chinjoa was a rival to Garp and luffy one shotted him...

Wasn't Chinjao also oneshot by Garp back in the day?I mean... Don chinjoa was a rival to Garp and luffy one shotted him...
Is but garp was sweating and it took some time but yesWasn't Chinjao also oneshot by Garp back in the day?
can't shiki just be much weaker then he was in his prime?PTS Luffy G3>Shiki>=Garp and Sengoku
Yes.You would imply that a pacifista that even Hancock one shotted without any difficulty is stronger than Shiki, who was defeated by Paramount arc G3 Luffy.
His AP/DC doesn't magically decrease below Shishibukai lvl. Also, there's nothing that indicates that his Age holds him back to an extreme extent (He shouldn't be much weaker than his prime self)can't shiki just be much weaker then he was in his prime?

Once luffy used gear 3rd, he one shotted him.... Even easier than what garp did...I'm starting to think people don't know what a "one-shot" is. Luffy did not one-shot Chinjao.

Oda himself admitted he made a mistake by introducing Crocodile way too early in the story, this is at least excusable. About Fairy tail (don't try to think too much about powerscaling otherwise you'll just get a headache).Imma have to disagree here, because this is something so common in anime it’s not even funny.
For example: crocodile magically being able to clash with Doflamingo and be far stronger than himself in alabasta.
Erik from fairy tail able to fight near spriggan level characters but getting bodied by zero before.
.... This a clashMonkey a clash isn’t a oneshot..
That's not an one shot. An one shot implies only needing one punch to beat your enemy, prior to this moment luffy used gear 2 and punched him more than twice.Once luffy used gear 3rd, he one shotted him.... Even easier than what garp did...
That's like saying base goku fought Vegeta and once turned to super Saiyan and made vegeta knocked out with just a flick... And now it's not a one shot because base goku didn't one shot...That's not an one shot. Shiki fought Roger, Garp and Sengoku in his prime. Even now he's remembered as a legend, it's unrealistic to assume that PTS Luffy can ever beat him when he struggled against Vice admiral lvl characters in the Paramount war, the only notable character he defeated there was a holding back garp.
.... This a clash
This isn't really a clash
To answer your question, yes and no, because according to your example Vegeta was relative to a suppressed Goku, him going super sayain means that he would never beat Vegeta in one punch (in his base)That's like saying base goku fought Vegeta and once turned to super Saiyan and made vegeta knocked out with just a flick... And now it's not a one shot because base goku didn't one shot...
Pro explainer
I can see him being Admiral level at best. Even then, he's far stronger than PTS Luffy.Exactly, but it shows you that shiki getting much weaker isn’t something that isn’t normal. As this is a case by case situation with multiple anime characters, who are randomly stronger for no reason, or weaker for no reason.
