Kenbun is not about predicting, its about sensing in general.
People need to learn the difference between advanced and good.
Vergo has more potent Buso then Wano Luffy, but Vergo's isn't advanced at all.
Kid Ace's Hao is more potent than Zoro's, but Zoro's is advanced.

Zoro just has good natural senses so everyone thinks his Kenbun is ridiculously high level.

Another example would be Kata's Edged Mochi and Boundman, where we know one is "another level" and a "super haki" going by Kata and Luffy's words and Boundman still overpowered it.

Vergo is the only character in the history of One Piece to have a statement of having "Super Haki".
Vergo's Haki is stated to be more potent than Punk Hazard Luffy, who is the same Luffy with the same Potency all the way to Wano, who has no feats showing it's superior to Vergo's who even Doflamingo worshipped his Haki.

Just a question, Law overpowering Vergo's haki is thanks to what exactly? We know haki can block DF abilities, so if someone withstands Law's spatial hax with haki, this guy has a more potent or advanced Buso than Vergo? I am quite confused now...

Usually it's more potent haki, but Vergo already exhausted his Haki against Tashigi, earlier Law, and Smoker, plus he used an extremely haki taxing technique and spread it throughout his body.
