One Piece Enies Lobby/Thriller Bark/Sabaody Arc speed adjustment

The speed for characters during the Enies Lobby, Thriller Bark, and Sabaody Arcs of One Piece Is listed as High Hypersonic based on this calculation for Zoro. However, this calculation only lists the feat as being Mach 9, Hypersonic, with the comments stating it could be as high as Mach 15, which is Hypersonic+. Am I missing something or should their speeds be adjusted?

I believe the High Hypersonic comes from Kalifa's lightning.

Luffy's punch in the previous arc was calced at Mach 19, iirc. It's for his final punch against Enel.

if we can't prove HH speeds during Enies lobby, we might have to edit everyone to being "At least Hypersonic+ with MHS reactions"

Mach 19 with a giant golden ball on his hand . If you take the giant ball off, it would be much faster. That was in the previous arc.

I made a thread a while back about that lightning dodge not being legit because the name of the attack was shouted out before it was used. But, it resulted in Khalifah being a 'Lightning timer' and it was rejected, instead of Khalifah having Supersonic reaction for being able to escape at the same time, it was called.
