Yeah but Doriki doesn't measure long ranged weapons, there is no way the "average soldier with a weapon = 10" takes their weapon into account to give their score cause that's literally not how Doriki is measured.

Btw, wasn't Doriki removed due to raws saying something slightly different?

it was removed cause raws said "doriki is 5x higher" instead of "strength being 5x higher", but i spoke of that already in the OP

Oda being dumb? Doriki doesn't take weapons into account, at best it may take clubs and the like into account as they are additions to one's "physical damage" but guns aren't.

"Oda being dumb" sounds more like an excuse than a reason.
What's more likely is Fukuro was just ESTIMATING, since he said "IF the strength a man with a weapon is 10" So he didn't get shot, but he estimated that an armed soldier should be around 10 and went off that for the rest.

It is based purely off of striking strength force. A punch is a 4, and another punch is an 8, the other punch is 2x higher. That's how it should be.

So since Ashura Zoro one-shot Kaku but was implied to be =<Lucci, would he just scale above Kaku but no more than Lucci?

Definitely has no implication to scale to Lucci from what I know. He just scales above himself and Kaku

It's also worth noting that enough Enies Lobby Marines zerg-rushing the elbaf giants Oimo and Kashi were able to take them down, although I'm not sure what those two scale to. (Presumably below Dorry and Broggy, their bosses, but no idea what they scale to either)
