@Antvasima - Alright, I'll need to have Doflamingo and Luffy's pages unlocked and I'll work on the rest of the characters afterwards. I'll let you know if I need any more pages unlocked.

@Gargoyle - Only "Likely" as it is via scaling to Gear 4th Luffy (and Big Mom, who reacted to him), who speed-blitzed a Mach 940+ char from a large distance away. They don't have a solid MHS+ tier yet.

@Ant - Okay, I need Whitebeard and Big Mom's pages to be unlocked. They need their speed upgraded to MHS+ and that should be it.

@Blanked - I believe some people were applying ridiculous edits, much like when Brook vs Big Mom took place, and people tried to make him tier 6.

What I mean is that, the ratings you suggested are fine, but maybe a solid MHS+ for the God Tiers such as Aokiji or White/Blackbeard.CinCameron20 said:

@Gargoyle - We don't really know if they have superior speed to Gear 4th Luffy, who is currently the fastest in the verse, and the only one who seemingly matched him was Big Mom herself, but that was just a one time thing. I have no doubt that they are faster than Gear 4th Luffy in speed, but we can't say that as thought it's factual, at least until we get further proof and see them out perform him.

No you can very much be superior in speed to other characters by sheer virtue of being superior to an insane degree.
