If Flowey had anything like Undyne's powers, this would be easy. However, Flowey does have one thing that could take out sonic: sheer numbers, Flowey can remeber loads, and can keep spamming attack until Sonic finally dies. Sonic has aboslutely nothing to destroy Flowey for good.

But Sonic can turn Flowey into good person like he do with Choas

Even if Sonic does not do that, he will still win in the end due to Photoshop Flowey's weakness, which is the betrayal of souls, Sonic is good and pure-hearted person. Therefore, it is very likely that the souls will help Sonic like what heppen in Photoshop Flowey boss fight
