Swamp Thing is one of the few characters that Reinhard's Longinus DOESN'T one-shot. So I really don't see how it's a win.

Doofenshmirtz is a bad example of Low 2-C vs 3D character, because his physical stats don't match at all. With prep, he's fundamentally no more than a 3D being with some things that happen to destroy stuff on a Low 2-C lvl, while he can still get poked by a decently powerful 3D being and die. Not even his striking strength is on Low 2-C levels.
As for the match itself, shouldn't that whole "won't die as long as the green exists" be restricted just like Apoptosis, 1440, Kharn, higher dimensional Emprah and so on...?

...Though overall, I have to agree with Gargoyle. 3D vs 4D matches always make it sound like something is amiss to me. I mean, isn't swamp thing a literal infinity above Reinhard? Not seeing how he doesn't win by virtue of Low 2-C with Reality Warping on a corresponding level.

Seriously though... I can't see how either of them can kill the other. Swamp Thing regenerates from everything Reinhard attempts to do, and Reinhard does the same to Swamp Thing. Neither have powers capable of incapacitating the other, nor anything of the genre. So I guess Inconclusive.

well we know rein can kill mid-godly don't know about high to true godly but i'll assume he can't so it would be inconclusive because none can truly put each other down
