So Shockwave can One-Shot Optimus with his Armblade if he fails the QTE against him and before you ask, none of the other QTEs kill you for failing them. I even have links to prove that I'm not lying.

In conclusion, Shockwave should get a "Higher with Armblade" Rating since he has other Melee Attacks that don't One-Shot you but the Armblade does when it hits.
