Yes it is but that variant of Ultron doesn't have a key hence the crossed out comment (it was likely one of those short term power-ups that later gets retconned out of the 616 canon universe hence the note at the bottom of the page aka typical "capeshit" lol!) so it's not relevant to this thread.

Regardless both scale to Yggdrasil (9× universal) so AP is comparable at least but yeah welcome to the world of DC/Marvel VSBW profiles that only continue to feed the negative rep we get from Death Battle fans (albeit they're slowly getting improved).
