I'm gonna have to go with Obuni here. Despite having his absportion ability (Crusher), the only reason Bergamo ever got to use it was Goku was playing around with Bergamo in the exhibition match. In the Tournament of Power in both the anime and the manga, Bergamo wasn't given even the slightest chance to use his crusher ability. All Obuni has to do is avoid giving Bergamo a chance and bam! Bergamo's done for.
