Obito should definitely win this. The only Jutsu that Madara possesses which has high enough AP to harm Obito is the Perfect Susano'o, and even then it's significantly weaker, so Obito will just one shot it like he did against Sasuke and Naruto's Avatars.

Limbo won't have relevant enough AP to do any damage, but Obito will be able to see them anyway thanks to the Rinnegan.

Madara's Ninjutsu may be immune to the TSB's hax in Sage Mode, but his physical body is not, so Obito has that avenue to one shot Madara as well.

As much as I hate to say it, I just don't see any realistic avenue with which Madara can pull a W.

Obito has the Rinnegan which is why Madara specifically decided not to use Limbo against him in the manga.
