I checked, and Obito seems to be 2.3 Gigatons, Iron Man downscales from Baseline 6-C. That's less than 2x difference, so in a sense they're equal

I honestly cannot see any way for Tony to get an edge over Obito. Kamui alone would probably rip Tony a new one. Don't even get me started on the Rinnegan.
