No, metal is not automatically considered a part of Earth Manipulation, it is a specific variant but unless they actually display the ability to manipulate metal a character will not just be given Metal Manipulation just for having Earth Manipulation. I didnt ignore it because it wont really matter, Hyperversal omnipresent sealing trumps planetary range any day of the week.

Well then I guess he needs metal manipulation added. Except ya know being engulfed in materials without the need of kars actually having to move himself or even move the materials depending on the location (sba dictates Manhatten) thus he essentially guranteed to be standing atop soil or concrete.

On other note. Kinda doubting the "bag him no matter where he goes".

If he actually able ta do that why would he be waiting for death and nab him if he just open the bag and drag in anything that exists on a hyperversal scale? Obviously a limit man as he definitely would have nabbed death first possible chance he possibly had.

Unless he has actual feats of metal manipulation he would not get it, and going by Kars' profile, Dune only manipulates sand, not all earth in general.

He wouldnt be getting crushed though, the profile literally says it would just push him away: "C-Moon Ultimate inverses the gravity around Kars, forcing any unfixed object within a radius of several kilometers to move away from him."

Because the bag doesnt have Hyperveral range on its own, it can just seal things with Hyperversal omnipresence. And 1440 never actually got the chance to bag the All-Death before he (1440) was forced to kill all of humanity against his will, making him trying to seal the All-Death ultimately pointless in the end.
