Notable Victories, Defeats, and Inconclusive Revison

Hello i wanted to ask fellow members to help me with the revision of the Notable wins and losses section of character pages as some are outdated, broken Links, or have no real logical debating in them .

The threads that you should consider for deletion

- The victory or defeat of the character does not match up with our current statistics for our characters.

- The link to a victory or defeat is a broken link.

- The debate in the thread has must have more than 1 or 2 people saying a character wins.

- The victories and defeats should be consistent on who won or loss in the general consensus was within the thread.

- If there is a victory or defeat against a character who we currently don't have a page for.

If any of these requirements apply to a vs thread please notify me here with a link to the character page in question.

Also these requirements should also apply to any new vs threads that any of you consider adding to a characters page

The help is appreciated by me and the rest of the VS Battles Wiki Staff

Even if the links are broken, the ones who legitimately defeated and won against would still be in the Wiki's history.

But there has to be visible evidence people can read....even if common sense would dictate the battle as an obvious curbstomp.
 
Of course. Unless they can copy it and post the verifiable info somewhere, it's nearly impossible to find it otherwise.
 
all victories or defeats that are broken links should be deleted regardless as there could have been special rules within the thread and other stuff and overall they are annoying to me

Can we just delete all victories and defeats?

And after all of the victories and defeats are deleted we can just add victories or defeats from our VS forum.

Different sites use different ranking systems. I can link a thread that says Dark Schneider would beat Odin as a victory, but we rank Odin higher, so obviously this isn't feasible.
 
i actually proposed this but it was decided we shouldn't delete them all and now we are keeping a more strict control over them
 
I once made a thread pitting Blaze the Cat against Young King Piccolo. It was something of a way for me to "test the waters". Only Illuminati478 ever joined me in the discussion, although he gave a good reason as to why she would win (speedblitz, and this was even before Sonic characters were accepted as being Lightspeed or FTL in base).
 
hmm while i do agree with the outcome it might just be better to delete it as i have deleted other threads that came from our wiki that had imo the right outcome just only 1 person debating it
