Nonon reflected the missiles back at her opponent, and its the same sheild as Ryuko's which is directly stated to reflect attacks

At 5:36



At 0:55 and 1:13

And her range needs to be several kilometers cause she hit across the arena or whatever it's called which was calced to be several kilometers Here.
