As far as Orihime goes IIRC it mightve been because of that braclet Ulq gave to her that turned her into a spirit.

Random Shinigami can't BFR souls still attached to a body.

Random Shinigami need to remove the soul of the body first to BFR it, but they should be capable of it since a mook like Rukia had her soul removing glove.

I believe only Wandenreich Quincies were given it due to being made of reishi and not kishi.

The only Quincies who have it are ones that pretty much were only ever in Soul Society,essentialy them always being souls.Souls are beings made of reishi and reishi is invisible to people not spiritually aware.

Exactly they can be converted/exist as kishi,their natural state of being, unlike a shinigami/soul who is forever reishi(spiritual matter),there is absolutely no reason for quincies to be treated as spiritual beings,since they or their ancestors had to be forcefully converted to reishi to exist in soul society.They are not invisible in either realms,so no invisibility feat hereSigurd Snake in The Eye said:

Your not understanding..The sternritters are already souls,they're logically invisible unless they're converted back to kishi which never happened which means they were only shown as souls which is once again invisible lol.

The Wandenreich Quincies aren't normal Humans as well given that Jugram and Bazz-B are over 2000 years old. On top of that, they are never once Kishi in the story as they were always in Soul Society or Hueco Mundo. They were always Reishi.

As much as this is a very very good point,i don't think it's enough for us To ignore the type of race the quincy are,Which are humans,Ichibei and the royal guards refer to Yhwach on more than one occasion as "a lowly human",so it isn't accurate to lump them with dead/afterlife people.
The only reason for the "invisibility feat ' is because shinigami/souls are invisible in the human realm ,it won't apply to those who are of the human race and would naturally,with no interference,be a part of and be visible in the human realm.
Moreover the conversion to reishi isn't a quincy feat that they can pull out,it is via passage of the gateway.
And if the wandenreich quincies are being gifted nvisibility for being "converted to reishi" then ichigo,ishida,chad,inoue,ichigo high school friends, hell the entire karakura town, should get invisibility too...But that would be widely inaccurate because they are only reishi because they switched realms(to the spirit world) not by their ability or state of being.
