Non-physical interaction between alternative verse

Wondering. If a character in a 'different universe' is capable of interact with ghostly figures, while within 'other universe' is capable of interact with soul figures; since those both are non-corporeal beings. Does the different universe character capable of interact with the other universe souls?

For example ; "Does Gojo capable of interact with the JoJo stands since He has an ability of 'non-physical interaction'?"

Usually, yes.

Like if Dude is able to punch a ghost (mind you the ghost has to be intangible normally, puching a corporal ghost isn't NPI), then by default we can assume they can interact with spiritually based intangibles from other verses.

To a degree, some verses have layered stuff, or caveats, but generally speaking, like if Link from Zelda kicks a ghost in the dick, he's gonna be able to punch Beetlejuice or a Boo in the dick too.
stands a bad example tho because most stands have layered intangibility beyond standard ghosts even in verse.

Depends from case to case, verse to verse. However, as long as the "other universe"/verse does not have a unique definition of a "Soul" [in some verses, Souls are treated as concepts, in some, as information, and so on], yes, the default assumption is that the first character [say A] can interact with the Souls from another verse, since "Souls" fall close to Ghosts[their non-corporeal form], at least.

However, if the other verse has some feat showing that someone [character B] from that other verse cannot interact with Souls in that verse even if he can interact with Ghosts[non-corporeal], then we'll assume Character A also cannot interact with souls from that other verse.
