Cuz from what I've read in that thread, only his Mobius Chair key seems to scale.

No. They still scale to at least 5-D via bleed feat.
I made it crystal clear in the original upgrade thread that no one aside from batmite will scale to it. Also there are some scaling notes on his file. Will add more later.

Okay, but does Wally scale to Emperor Joker, still? Or he'll be 5-D? You said explicitly on that thread that Emperor Joker will be 6-D.

No, emperor joker scales to at least 6-D and Manhattan and Wally - is this the Manhattan key, right? - scales to at least 5D.

Just asking. Also if Wally is only at least 5-D then can you close this? If Wally was 6-D then this would be somewhat debatable. But if he's 5-D then this is a stomp.
