I would like to upgrade Noein verse quite a bit based off of this Blog I just made a day ago . After rewatching tbe series, there may be quite a bit of hax missing, as well as justification of why she is " At least 2-A " .

I am not sure at all, but this is literally explanition of Quantum Foam imo. Yet, the anime is following quantum theories and mentioning them over and over when it comes to?

Messing with quantum particles, accelerating; eventually causing all verses to get into the 'Quantum State', forcing all Uncertainty into one Certainty, causing everything to became nothing.
