Let's make this fast

Balance is the essence of the realms like Ninjago, a universe that includes fundamental information like Digiverse. Morever, it holds the dimensions Wu has created for the Ninjas to train, including a re-creation of Prime Empire and its coding into reality. This should grant it Information Manipulation Type 2 + Data Manipulation and affect the profiles of those who can somewhat affect the Balance

Just remove 5D Hax Potency for affecting the Balance and reword it as 5D AP (Well, its already treated as Low 1-C AP, but just remove the "5D smurf") due to this staff thread

But the Balance still the essence of all realms, doesn't really matter if it's a fake world. Even other like Kingdom hearts has realms made of data yet the one essential for their existence (Hearts), gives info2

I don't understand this argument, the issue is said realm is a fake, virtual world, not a real existing world made of data which can be equated to information. Being essence of this and that is hardly matter

Are you implying Kingdom Hearts has a flawed index on their info2? Because their data realm is also considered fake as it exists inside a computer as showed in the cosmology blog. Yet Hearts are considered info2 for governing them

Even if we ignore that, we saw when data entities enter the real world, they remain digital and since Balance is able to govern them while they are staying in the real world, it would still be considered info2

Again i already said it. The Digital World still a fake, virtual world, that is the issue, characters from it remain digital in real world isn't really help Info 2 argument, people can jump out of painting and real person can jump into painting all the time in fiction, it is really not that impressive. Governing a data realm with data persons in it is still data hax which i fine with

Governing digital characters that remains in the real world would still qualify for info2 tho? They are still abstract data in nature while in the real world. If Data exists in the real world, info2 would qualify

No?. Your computer data is real, is it also information type 2?

About digital characters, the issue isn't that they remains in the real world, but that they are fake thing, the same issue with the Digiverse being a fake, virtual world

Computer data isn't physically present in the real world unlike Prime Empire (which is stated to be way more complex than Digiverse). That analogy falls short here

Prime Empire and Digiverse are two different things

Real people can exists in the Digiverse and even reach it by Time Travelling tho, and the Prime Empire world that Wu recreated is a pocket dimension he made into reality (the Real World) along with other dimensions (we legit see Real people flying around without any transformation whatsoever)

I would say that the problem with the info manipulation here is that the argument for The Balance having it is that it's affecting a digital world made of information with no proof that it would affect the rest of the realm (aka "The Real World") in a similar way.

So this "information manipulation" is just a consequence of the balance affecting a digital world due to its structure and composition not a general rule that applies to all other worlds/realms.

Every Realms are equally bound to the Balance of Light/Dark and we litterally saw Overlord being able to corrupt it and take control of it using the same powers he used to corrupt Ninjago

Well I using the fact Wu recreated his own Prime Empire which exists on the save level as other Reality Warped dimensions in the Real World. You can argue Unagami (the living embodiment of Prime Empire) should be info type 2 due to litterally using his digital abilities on his physicals even within the Real World
 
I feel like the Data manip is good, but the info manip type 2 should be classified as limited.

Waittt... I have additional evidences that Balance is information type 2 in nature


Here is stated that everyone's nature in the universe is made up of light and darkness, so balance by itself is a fundamental information exactly like the examples given by Sailor Moon and God of Highschool. So Digiverse/Prime Empire isn't much needed here other than supporting evidences

The character in the video literally stated Digiverse is a virtual world in a computer, a game, this is just data manipulation, Prime Empire is just more complex, but that do not make the feat become Information Manipulation Type 2

No, these two verses having Info 2 is completely wrong. Never in the standard did it said that the essence of things makes it Information Type 2

I already said, real people can exist in fake world; it is a common thing among fiction, not just virtual worlds, but paintings, books, scrolls, etc. This argument is really not relevant

But that world isn't fake nor virtual even if it possess some data.... its the product of reality warping inside the Real World. Hence why I said "RECREATION"
