I don't see how one affects the other. Affecting time in this space is irrelevant to any tiering just by itself. You would need to explicitly prove that the space itself extends infinitely between these 5-dimensional space-times.

The temporal dimension makes the spatial axis significant as temporality duplicates anything it resides, uncountably times. Therefore the space becomes significant

But the issue is number 1. The Neutral Zone has galactic clusters and bunch of other stuff within it. Embedding 2-C structures and having a time axis just makes it larger 2-C. It being significant in size in conjuction with the other evidence is why it was given a Low 1-C size.
