Doesn't soul and madness manip kinda make this unfair? As well as BFR? Unless they need to have a specific requirement

Madness involves Dead Boy literally explaining what it's like to be dead in the afterlife, so I doubt it's combat applicable unless Frank is the type to just sit there and listen.

Soul BFR isn't something he's used in combat, although he could do so if he were in an utterly dire situation.

Oh, huh, alright. So...what does the Deadest Boy do in character?

Magic blasts when at a distance, twin blades at close range. Major abuse of his Type 2 immortality no matter what range he's in.

He'll also use that brain boiling curse at some point, albeit probably not right away.

This fight looks really interesting, I'll probably vote Frank at the moment via versatility especially at that range. If they got into CQC depending on how skilled Dead boy is Frank has the skill, experience and LS advantage.
