How is being almost everywhere at once faster than having immeasurable speed if they are on the same dimensional plane and tier?

Nigh Omnipresence surprisingly fast?

It depends on what kind of Omnipresence, but being Omnipresent through space AND time (Like Madoka is) would causes you to be able to hit everything anywhere, whenever. All at the same time, causing dodging to be impossible.

Nigh-Omnipresent 6-D being is faster than an immeasurable 5-D being.
Immeasurable 7-D being is faster than a nigh-omnipresent 6-D being.

Something omnipresent > immeasurable on the same layer of existence, which would just be normal speed for that layer.
Irrelevant > all concepts of speed.
