New Staff Promotions

The Discussion Moderators have been revised entirely, and a present Discussion Moderator has been promoted as well.

The promotions are:

• ThePerpetual: None -> Discussion Moderator
• Faisal Shourov: None -> Discussion Moderator
• Promestei: None -> Discussion Moderator
• Alakabamm: None -> Discussion Moderator
• TheMightyRegulator: None -> Discussion Moderator

All of them were interviewed, vetted, and deemed qualified for their respective positions. They have all promised to uphold the duties and responsibilities of their respective positions.
