We have this new calculation for Meliodas that places all the characters from the first season as Sub-Relativistic, and this calculation for Gowther to support it.

Meliodas base equal to Arthur base

In the profiles, we see that Meliodas only scales to Arthur's base in his second mark, which is actually incorrect. For most of the fight, we see that Meliodas stays in his base form, transforming only once to push Arthur away. As we can see, his attacks are aimed at pushing Arthur away; so much so that instead of trying to strike him with a sword, Meliodas kicks him away and returns to his base form. You might argue that Arthur wasn't serious, but neither was Meliodas. He was there just to calm his son down. As we can see, he even turned his back on Arthur. He wasn't there to fight him, and even while holding back, Arthur says he would have been badly hurt if Tristan hadn't intervened. However, Meliodas only used the mark after Tristan intervened, so he was probably referring to Meliodas in his base form.

Arthur could only have hurt Meliodas at that moment while he was in his base form, instead of his demon form. Base Meliodas can relatively well withstand a casual attack from Chaos.

I used the anime to show that the one who saved Tristan and was injured by base Arthur was base Meliodas. It's a bit harder to notice this in the manga, but the anime makes it clear.

physical attributes

Merlin tells us that strength equates to a person's physical attributes.

We see this in practice when Ban steals half of Galand's strength becomes slightly faster than him. Before, Ban couldn't keep up with Galand

Vas Zygra faces Pellegard and, after defeating him, says he wasn't using his full strength. But after merging with Percival, he has a burst of power and becomes much faster when using his 'full' power.

Sealed base Meliodas, increasing his speed to Mach 0.01c (Sub-Rel).

Using a 2x multiplier for Meliodas and Zeldris' Demon Marks was accepted here, and Snatch being additive in speed, LS and AP was accepted here.

Demon Meliodas outsped Snatch Ban, who absorbed all of his base speed and added it to his own (Ban was slightly faster than Meliodas prior). Mach 0.02c (Sub-Rel).

Galand at half speed (since Ban stole it from him) mostly keeps up with a much faster Snatch Ban 0.04c (Sub-Rel)

Base Unsealed Meliodas is way faster than Galand, and 2nd Mark is a 4x multiplier. 0.16c (Rel)

Post-Revival base Meliodas is superior to his 2nd Mark, as he could wreck Derieri, and 2nd Mark is once again a 4x multiplier. 0.64c (Rel+)

Pellegard, at half his strength, is superior to Percival before absorbing the demons' hope. The latter is equal to Melagaland. Pellegard, at full strength. 1.28c (FTL)

Ludociel 1c

Base Post-Pugatory Meliodas, overpowered Demon Zeldris in his first form. This is the same Demon King that Mael says he couldn't fight against, and 2nd Mark is once again a 4x multiplier. 4c (FTL)

Ban, with 1/10 of his physical attributes, overpowered Ironside. In his normal state, he is 12.8c (FTL+)

Base 4KoA Meliodas is equal to base Arthur, who easily cut Cath into numerous pieces before he noticed. This same Cath was equal to an enlarged Demon Mark Meliodas in a potential future, and 2nd Mark is once again a 4x multiplier. 16c (FTL+)

Holy knight
In an 4KoA fanbook, Nakaba says that the knights' ranks are divided by strength; the higher the rank, the stronger the knight.

Jericho, with demon blood, is crystal rank, while Ruin, Golguis, Friesia and Jude are two ranks above, so they should scale up to it.

CBL

Gelda resisted Dahlia's assassin fairy, which left Demon Zeldris unconscious for a while. At night, the power of vampires doubles.

Dahlia's armor can easily withstand Zeldris' attack amplified by 10 times and can knock him out with the Assassin Fairy.

The Supreme Deity can resist Meliodas and Zeldris' attacks with their weapons imbued with darkness using her barrier, dark magic is of the destructive type, amplifying by 10 times.

The Supreme Deity says that Meliodas could defeat her if he still had the power that surpasses the Demon King, which would place him above both her and the Demon King. Meliodas, in his strongest form, is said to surpass Escanor's The Ultimate One and approach the power of the Chaos sealed in Mama Hawk.

1st Demon Mark Zeldris: 18.9 Exatons (High 6-A+), At least 189 Exatons with Enchantments (5-C)

Gelda: 18.9 Exatons (High 6-A+), 37.8 Exatons at night (5-C)

Dahila: 18.9 Exatons (High 6-A+), Armour Form Durability At least 189 Exatons (5-C)

2nd Demon Mark Zeldris: 37.8 Exatons (5-C), At least 378 Exatons with Enchantments (5-C+)

2nd Demon Mark Meliodas: 189 Exatons (5-C), 1.89 Zettatons with Enchantments (Low 5-B)

50% Supreme Deity: At least 189 Exatons (5-C)

Supreme Deity Durability: At least 189 Exatons (5-C). At least 1.89 Zettatons Durability with Barriers (Low 5-B)

Demon King Meliodas: At Least 1.89 Zettatons (Low 5-B)

Mama Hawk 1.89 Zettatons (Low 5-B)

Tyrant Killing= 2.268 Zettatons (Low 5-B)

The Seven Deadly Sins: Edinburgh's Grudge
Tristan defeated countless Golems (I forget the name of these things) who were capturing non-humans all over Britannia, and among those captured were a gray and a red demon. He also injured a fusion of two Red demons and a Giant (It was supposed to be a Red and a Grey demon, but apparently they forgot and swapped).
In his goddess form, he defeated a fusion of 5 Grey Demons.
Tristan even more so with his goddess form imbued his weaponry with magic, being a multiplier of 2 to 3x, Chaos Deathpierce easily withstood these attacks.
In his demonic form he easily kills Deathpierce and this form resembles his second mark

Tristan base 34 Megatons (7-B)

Goddess Tristan 180 Megatons (7-A)

Chaos Deathpierce 360 Megatons (7-A)

Demon Tristan 1.440 Gigatons (High 7-A)

Lanceto is > 1.440 Gigatons (High 7-A)

Basically, Ludociel who is SOL will never be FTL.
I was going to try to do that on my old speed scale, but I gave up.

edit: That was my initial idea for the speed scale
We have several FTL feats from characters inferior to Ludociel, like Monspiet, Derieri, and Fraudrin escaping the Ark before being affected. They move after Tarmiel and Sariel activate the Ark, so to escape unscathed means they were faster than light photons. We also have Cusack intercepting Ludociel while he was using his Flash to kill Zeldris, consistently showing himself to be superior. However, Ludociel outside the vessel could fight on equal terms with the First Demon, who is superior to Chandler, which wouldn't make sense if Flash were limited to the speed of light.

The citation comes from the editor's notes and is not in the final version (volume) or the fanbooks. The notes have already proven to be wrong, such as when it was said that Cath transcended the gods but was damaged by the fatigued Sins. We also have notes in chapters that Nakaba hasn't even finished drawing, so he is not actively involved in this.

It doesn't make sense for Flash to be limited to the speed of light, as we can see here: Ludociel = Speed of Light > Cusack > Ludociel in Margaret's body = Speed of Light > Fraudrin > Light particles from the Ark=Speed of Light

Base 4KoA Meliodas is equal to base Arthur, who easily cut Cath into numerous pieces before he noticed. This same Cath was equal to an enlarged Demon Mark Meliodas in a potential future, and 2nd Mark is once again a 4x multiplier. 256c (MFTL)

Intricate scaling, I appreciate. But inconsistenses.

Do you think this progression in NNT's speed will carry on in the future?

oh yea, I only disagree on the Ludociel part. Maybe it'll affect other scaling that uses Ludociel as the basis for scaling itself. But other than that, I think it's fine.
