Nessie (Second Life Ranker) small AP downgrade

Pretty simple tbh.

Basically, Nessie is currently 5-B due to this:

possibly Planet level (Should technically be able to take on Cha Yeon-woo's meteor shower, which was stated that, if used properly, it can even blow up an entire planet. However, it is an unknown how much of that is true, and if Yeon-woo used it properly against Nessie, and additionally, Nessie got most of its body destroyed when it got attacked by Sword Thunder)

The problem is evident, tbh. As the justification states, Nessie got absolutely bodied by Cha Yeon-Woo's meteor shower, to the point it was stated that its aura has been changed, and it was writhing in agony. It had even weakened it to the point that it stated it needed to fend itself from other monsters now, which it previously didn't need to. Considering Cha Yeon-Woo's Planet Level shenanigans is baseline (IE GPE of earth), this should make Nessie downscale, which would Low 5-B.
