Ness vs. Tohru Adachi

Is the almighty an OHK? Also, i doubt Adachi would just go up to Ness and BAM! kill him there with no reason to do so. I know he he had fought kids in his fight, but Ness isn't Yu, and you might argue, "He hates Kids!" Show me that he will threaten to kill a kid Adachi never met before. (Also he is a cop, it's weird for him to just kill a 12 year old kid) and because of Adachi behavior, I bet Ness will start the battle with PK Flash before Adachi will do anything to him, or Ness would just paralyze him so Adachi can't hit him. Oh, and if all mighty isn't an OHK, Ness would just heal back up to 100%, since he dealt with Mortal wounds before.

Oh, then Ness will heal up to 100% then, and follow up with Paralysis or PK Flash.
