Ness vs Ness

For simplicity, I'll call Smash Ness Sess and Earthbound Ness.. well.. Ness.
Anyways I'm highly sure that Ness is a ridiculous lot more smarter than Sess while Sess is a lot more haxy then Ness.

ya but ness from smash has exprince fighting other ness's which should be some advangte cause he would have a better idea of how to counter himself and what to do.

From my research, Ness fought a manifestation of himself called Ness's Nightmare. Ness should be able to know how to fight a little of himself but not on Sess's level.

You should prob restrict Ness' possible Fate Manipulation & Probability Manipulation, I'm not 100% sure how it works but Sess has no way around them.
As for the fight itself I feel like both are even in a lot of ways, but Ness has a good few things Sess doesn't. Both have ways reduce damage taken from the other, reflect attacks, and resist most of the others status effects. Ness does have a higher LS (4733819.01 kg vs 41629347.92 kg) and considering both make use of TK and Ness' Universal+ range it's a pretty big advantage. While Sess does resist some of Ness' status effects some things like some of the PK flash's effects (Insta K.O, Uncontrollable crying, and Strangeness), The Toothbrush's fear manip, and Blindness. Sess also doesn't have a counter to Ness blocking him from using his PSI which would take away a lot of his attack options.
