Currently, the Neptunia profiles are formatted "low 2-C, higher in the Thunderdome, possibly 1-C".

From what I understand, they're low 2-C, possibly 1-C at all times. Putting the "possibly 1-C" makes it harder for me to compress the tier into one thing, and is kind of just wrong.

I request we change them to "low 2-C, possibly 1-C, higher in the Thunderdome".
