The reason why this doesn't work is simple: not all hax are affected by dimensionality.

You would also need range to that same level as AP. Else you can't really destroy the totality of the dimension the NEP guy can latch itself on to have any semblance if being able to exist or do anything.
Technically NEP nature 1 would die from destroying the totality of reality to such level he is in
but NEP nature 2 wouldn't yet is unable to do anything
