So basically, Neo Fusion Theatre Super Sonic is 8-C due to destroying a skyscraper. But the thing is, destroying a skyscraper is an 8-A feat. I am well aware that it took repeated strikes for Super Sonic to destroy the skyscraper, which is why I propose that he is downscaled to baseline 8-A.
