Natasha Romanoff is investigating the Raccoon City incident on behalf of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s interests but Umbrella Europe isn't a fan. Hopefully this assassination attempt goes better than it did with Jill. Mentally messed up assassin meets biologically messed up assassin.

Fight takes place in Raccoon City in the midst of the outbreak but imagine no zombies in the way. Nemesis gets his signature rocket launcher and Umbrella can drop in the flamethrower at any point. Nemesis' form mutations are restricted. Speed Equalized.

What I see here is

Nemesis - Higher LS and Disease Manip means one grab and its gg regardless and iirc he does tend to use it, also low mid regen helps against injury. His rocket launcher and flamethrower will be useful in area denial also

BW - Far greater skill (The black widow program alone was stupidly lethal training just for starters), while Nemesis does resist electricity he doesn't resist paralysis manip which will allow BW to wail on him without repercussions nor can he resist smoke and flash bombs as well as higher base ap.

Imo I am currently leaning on BW here, she's at least comparable to RE3 Jill in terms of combat skill and could acrobatically dodge most grapple attempts from Nemesis meanwhile his other weapons are things that she should be trained to deal with.

I mean tbf there were multiple times where Nemesis had the opportunity to incapacitate Jill but didn't because of PIS.

Yeah if Nemesis does get a grab he can win and those weapons will be nasty, but BW can lock in and get past it imo
