Indeed, this is pretty interesting.

I think Neji holds AP advantage here, making Killua's attacks less effective while Neji bypasses Durability with his style. I doubt his technique would null Nen considering the differences between Chakra and Nen, but the inner damage is still a pretty good advantage.

The Rotation would help Neji against techniques like the Narukami, but if for some reason Killua notices the blind spot he'll try to gain advantage of it. I'm positive that Hunters are in general way smarter than Naruto's Ninja when it comes to strategy.

They are starting at Killua's range, giving him the first shot where he'd notice the Rotation used as a defense, pushing him to learn from the enemy before making any other move.
