On one hand proto man definitely one shots through sheer AP but on the other hand, even in base Natsu’s fire manip seems to be way hotter than anything proto man or mega man have ever had to deal with. If proto man can survive the fire then he likely wins, if not this seems like a “whoever hits first wins” situation.
