I never said the opposite tho. I just said that Natsu doesn't null in-character and sometimes he does it while angry (which is totally in-character tbh).
He used it two times while angry and just once when not. It's like the chances of using it improves quite drastically if the rate is so low to begin with.

Regarding Juvia vs Logia I love how this thread got derailed so hard her power might be the perfect counter for the Logia, but considering that even Crocodile who's really weak against water can absorb it just touching it with his hand, yeah, she gets really outclassed.
Smoker can fly.
Enel just shocks her (depending of the version of course).
Ace/Sabo vaporizes.
Sakazuki vaporizes.
Kuzan can freeze water just touching it, freezing her as well.
Borsalino dodges.
Monet probably dies, unless she cover herself in Kamakura.
Caribou gets flooded.
Caesar flies and private her from oxygen.

Oh, Haki having Power Null or Resistance to every DF Power. Yeah, that. There's not enough evidence to prove it so no.
