Tyranitar wants to get revenge after Natsu defeated Charizard.

Tyranitar is Mega Evolved. Natsu is FDK Mode (E.N.D. if it winds up being a stomp somehow). Nothing else.

He's actually just barely High 7-A. Him transforming into the mode was 737 MT, but he was rated High 7-A, since this was only the transformation, but not the attack itself.

In other words, he's on the low end of HIgh 7-A. E.N.D should be quite higher though, even though there aren't any definitive calcs.
