question, was it really the holy grails that were causing "Space-time" Distrubances or was it goetia? I never paid attention to the story in JP version until the US version as released.

It's likely the HG (Holy Grails) since like in Okeanos, the one that Drake had was the proper one of its time, whereas the one that was brought in and held by Blackbeard was what caused the disturbance and made the singularity there.
Though it might be both but i didn't paid enough attention if that's really the case.
