as fort he battle: asta thanks to precog will even keep up with one-tailed naruto, and his anti-magic should work thanks to verse equal on chakra too which is narutos more or less only weapon at that point (clones are the other skill but they will vanish once he touches them),

so i go with asta 85/100 times

Having at least 8-C would still be Building level in versus battles.

Also, I opened a thread proposing an upgrade to City Block level for Naruto and Sasuke since Naruto beat Gaara and Sasuke injured him but it wasn't accepted.

Current Asta can be at least small town level since he hit back Salamander Fire ball.

Im with Asta here, since even with speed equal Asta have speed advantage thanks to precog
