Naruto Uzumaki vs Yang Xiao Long: Red Eyed Raging Blondes.

So naruto massively upscales from kakashi who upscales from a 5.14546 kilotons character, So yang has a 3x ap advantage
 
And with Yang's semblance she can amp her power by 2. However she needs to get hit to absorb energy to use her semblance and she normally uses it last minute to grab a attack and then punch her foe amped by her semblance, weapon or to the ground to fling her foe into the air and hit them with her punch useing her semblance

Also her aura and robot arm gives her higher durability then 15.66 killotons

Yes and no. Naruto still has Access to his Vermillion Rasengan since it can't One-Shot Yang. At least I don't think it can.

In KN0 he's superior to Kakashi in Raw Power but weaker than Sasuke Retrieval Arc Base Sasuke but then in KN1 he becomes so strong and fast that CM1 Sasuke admits that he can only fight defensively otherwise he'll lose really quickly despite the fact that CM1 Sasuke is a massive amp for him.
 
Also Naruto stomps with Vermillion Rasengan as it's town level+

It amps his Durability to the same extent as his AP and no, he doesn't lead with the Vermilion Rasengan. He only used it when he had no other choice since CM2 Sasuke hit his arm once and made it go completely numb, albeit not breaking it.
 
Okay so being generous as theres no stated multiplier for how much stronger the Kyuubi Cloak makes Naruto, Yang would be ~2.5x stronger and more durable than Naruto, with Naruto being 3.8x stronger with a single last-resort attack and Yang being anywhere from 5x to potentially 20x stronger with her Semblance (She took Adam's maxed Moonslice attacks, which in turn make him over 2x stronger, multiple times during their fight and used it to amp herself so its safe to say she would potentially be able to take the damage from the Vermilion Rasengan and use it to amp herself assuming she has enough aura reserves to do so)
Assuming speed is equalized so thats not really a factor here though from what i can tell Yang is more mobile in combat
Yang has the higher lifting strength so that hard counters Naruto's Paralysis Jutsu assuming he even uses it in character
Not sure on the stamina part as Naruto doesnt have any feats listed beyond having a high chakra reserve
Theyre matched in range
Going off his profile Yang is actually much smarter and more skilled than this version of Naruto, with Yang's training having her overcome the weaknesses than this version of Naruto suffers from, and thus she would more than likely know how to work around naruto's headstrong fighting style
The majority of Naruto's abilities get countered by Yang's Aura, and the ones that dont, like Shadow Clone Jutsu, Yang has some actual experience fighting both alongside and against (Blake, Sun, and Flynt), and the fact that his clones are weaker and less durable than himself coupled with them rapidly fueling her semblance would be a problem for Naruto in the long run
The only big issue for Yang is Naruto's regen but she should be able to bypass that with her semblance seeing as opponents without aura have a tendency to get blown to pieces from being hit by her amped attack
 
Yang can absorb multiple attacks and then release them in a amp that's definitely stronger then 2 times, that's how her semblance works

It absorbs KE into her and she can store it and then release it all at once in one masive amp then absorbing one attack
 
in the comics theres even a direct statement of her semblance absorbing every joule she gets hit with

So she will store up every single attack Naruto does until she hits him full force as she uses it at a end of a fight or catch his hand and use it
 
Basically I vote yang via semblance, the fact she is stronger and is level headed unlike Naruto here
 
I feel like she's gonna have trouble dealing with his Instinctive Reaction from the Kyūbu Cloak protecting him automatically and with it being Poisonous to those that touch it's Chakra like what happened to Sakura in Part 2, so those give Naruto a little bit of a leg up here. Not to mention the fact that he can also just scream and make giant Chakra Arms like he did against Sasuke so he can try and Crush her with an AoE attack.
 
I'm pretty sure yang has better lifting strength here so she can counter the masive hands with lifting strength
 
Yeah a AoE attack even saskue ran away from

What's stopping yang from useing her weapon to fly above it and try to dodge in the air
 
I'm still going with yang here

Also fun fact, someone actually did an analysis of post-timeskip yang's combat style and, aside from the anime-esque flipping around and doing punch rushes, she canonically uses peekaboo style boxing, the most defense-oriented offensive boxing styles that focuses on blocking, dodging, and counter attacking, making it a perfect style for Yang
