Yea, but for the sake of this one, Ichigo hits harder, has more destructive force and even though speed is equalized, theyre both melee fighters. In a straight up brawl with whatever hax they have, Hollow Ichigo with his Bankai could definitely take on Naruto

Ichigo will absorb anything Naruto throws at him, with his new dual sword ability. (When he constantly absorb Yhwach's reiatsu, to power up and awaken his hollow form.) Also, as Aizen said, the strongest reiatsu can negate the opponents abilities.

People confuse reiryoku with reiatsu and ignore completly are the abilities that reiatsu grands the user.
