Rules:

1. This is both Naruto and Sasuke before receiving Six Paths Chakra without any injuries.
2. Naruto has Complete Kurama Mode, goes Sage Mode, and activates Tailed Beast Mode.
3. Sasuke has Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, goes Cursed Seal of Heaven Version 2, and activates Complete Body — Susanoo.
4. 1-on-1 death battle.
5. No interference or holding back allowed.

Anywhere in Konohagakure where both of this Shinobis are from.

Note: To make sure this fight is fair & square, I forbid the usages of ninja tools & summoning.

I think the naruto version before bijuu mode would be a better fight since youre using an incomplete susanoo sasuke.

Sasuke only got PS when he got Rinnegan. You are essentially asking people to argue using a featless tech that we can assume to be stronger than his Armored Susanoo but still weaker than his Rinnegan PS, the same Rinnegan PS that will be utterly demolished by Naruto.

Giving him CS2 ends up the same. He already out performs the version that had it and all we can say is that he gets an unquantifiable boost to his stats and jutsu.

The only thing Sasuke has in this match up is genjutsu which is handled by Kurama. Naruto has an extremely decisive, borderline stomp, win.
