I know what Amaterasu is, but it's hard to extinguish something that hot. Espeically when the Lava he makes is also that hot.

This isn't true. Like, at all. Less than half of the 5-Bs have genjustu. Majority of the 5-Bs are Boruto characters and from those only 2 have actual genjustu.
