yes its the same dimension, you can see the dead trees in the picture you posted.

also i have no idea who translated that blurry scan but its not great, it comes off as like a machine learning direct translation, its full of errors

When Otsutsuki refers to a nursery or seed bed they are talking about the entire planet. Also, the translated scan you are talking about was done years ago. You can find it below. In the anime he also mentioned that he created the planet.

However, they refer to it as a parallel dimension and not a universe. But it is pretty much the same interpretation.

Unlike Kaguya's case where some sort of argument can be made for a timeframe (15 years), there's nothing like that for Momoshiki
Furthermore, you don't even know how he made it. So scaling anyone to it becomes impossible

Whatever technique he would have used in his base form can not be greater than his strongest technique in his fused state which he claims he can make more of. Since he would also have access to TSO we can deduce that he probably used a similar method to Kaguya and what we will need to calculate is the total energy input (Energy required to create a dimension with a starry sky).

Saying that base Momo who has eaten countless Chakra fruits of an entirely drained planet having a greater energy output per second than Kaguya is not a contentious topic at all since we know that with just one draw of chakra from the IT she was able to gather enough chakra to form the ETSO and she could constantly release low 4c worth per seconds according to the current calc.

Momoshiki timeframe can be argued to be something like 12+ hours, since that is the difference in time between the attacks on nard and killer bee
 
Guys, do Delta and Momoshiki's abilities to absorb ninjutsu with one eye, store it, and release it at will through the other eye still fall under the definitions of "Attack Reflection" on the wiki?

You forget the Inner Universe created by Orochimaru when he tried to absorb Sasuke. So, he's universal and from there we scale higher...truste me bro i've read enough xianxia to know when its true plus i've been visited in a dream by Orochimaru who confirmed it while Hogoromo backed him.

Zetsu’s body doesn’t deteriorate, so wouldn’t that mean Oro could keep suppressing his soul for eternity and not need to take a new body?
