- Konohamaru comes out victorious after a hard fought battle, like Sasuke against Danzou.
- Matsuri comes out victorious after a hard fought battle, like Madara casting the IT.
- Matsuri & Konohamaru both end their battle with a tie (Konohamaru is laying there, “dead” (Ala, Kakashi after saving Choji) but he has her TSB).

- BoShippuden (Pre-FRA) — Implied to have swapped hands with Post-TS Kakashi good enough to Evaluate his skill level (Stated to be Better than what Naruto Remembers of Lee & Sasuke).
- MidShippuden (Pre-SM Training) — No Feats.
- Post-SM Training (Pre-KCM) — Able to Fight on Par with Preta-Path.

- Act 3 War Arc (Up to 699) — Equal to 3TM Rinnegan Sasuke.
- The Last — Equal to Puppet Toneri (Pre-Perfected Tenseigan (More of a feat for Toneri)).
- Boruto Era — Could hold his own against Fused-Momoshiki & outperforms an unserious Delta (Anime Implies he’s also still equal to 3TM Rinnegan Sasuke).

Taijutsu
3TM. Iirc, Sasuke was in 3TM when him and Naruto went in to fight the Juubi Spawns. Ntm Naruto is physically on par with 3TM Rinnegan Sasuke (Minus Travel Speed). When I said Act 3 War Arc is supported via downscaling it’s because of this.
Both are equally amped by SPC and Naruto Showcases Relativity with 3TM.

I guess I was wrong. That would imply VoTE Sasuke was in worse shape than Naruto before his 3TM was deactivated. Either Naruto has better CC than Sasuke at that time or the Elemental Advantage allowed him to conserve more Chakra.He was in base

I don't think Obito contributed to anything regarding the White Zetsu.
IIRC it was Madara who made the Hashirama clone and implanted it into the Gedo Statue. Then later on, Kabuto implanted Yamato into the statue to further boost the White Zetsu.

I vaguely remember madara stating that he is gonna teach obito how to use Yin-Yang release to make the white zetsu
Edit: in chapter 606 madara tells obito how to use yin-yang release and is implied to have used to create white zetsu with it

Test already explained that the White Zetsu are just remnants of the victims of the previous IT. All Obito did was use the Bijuu Chakra aka Jubi's Chakra to develop those remnants into White Zetsu.
