Naruto to Boruto Discussion Thread

i tried translating it a few ways and it does mention that some futures are impossible? Thats kind of Interesting.
Why would it say that , shouldnt everything Koji sees be possible when hes seeing it , since its just branching out from the current moment, maybe im just mistranslating tho.

this technique has a wide range of uses, including teaching others techniques that will be learned in the future. By observing the future from different perspectives, even ones that won't come to pass, the user can see all possible outcomes. The more they learn about these potential futures, the further they stray from the "path" of fate.

this anomaly that destabilizes the future is known as the "Singularity of Fate", a term Kashin Koji seems to use to describe this unusual phenomenon.

I'd like her to do, like, anything with her Mangekyo Sharingan.

Though I wonder - she doesn't have someone to swap out eyes with if she ends up using her Mangekyo Sharingan. Unless she could potentially take the Shinju clone of her father's eyes.

Not even that, but I want her to have a more varied kit in the manga. She's done pretty much everything we've seen her do throughout the first part in like one chapter 😭

Punch hard, Chidori, Fireballs...

That's what the animu's for ig. Kinda sucks how NNG really can't stand on its own without the anime. Without being painfully mediocre for 90% of its run anyway.

Boruto's Version of the Flying Thunder God Technique

"This is a space-time ninjutsu that Boruto Uzumaki independently developed. The technique is based on the same-named technique used by the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, which Boruto himself named after his predecessor.

They guy who generally translates the Boruto chapters on Twitter translated something about it takes 60 seconds to mark a new object, longer for larger objects.

Was this a mistranslation? 🤔
 
Well I think naruto[franchise] isnt downplayed heavily when it comes to the hax compared to the stats, so its like you can try for better stats and have a chance but with hax there's not much to work with outside TSO getting soul elimination
 
well sure right now, we still have some more stuff to mine for profiles, looking at slayer's genjutsu thread, but what i mean is that if given a choice for a new thing id rather choose a formidable hax over say a large scale DC feat.

as in id rather have an otsutsuki with vectors than hypothetically our first tier 4 on screen DC feat

having a really good hax tied to the overall cosmology would be even better, which is why you can have "lower AP" fighters punch far above their weight class.

like how some tier 6-B characters would unironically cook some tier 2 characters because of how layered or esoteric their hax is.

normally I'd argue back however I have seen some cool hax get approved despite the super duper ultra magnifying glass skepticism this verse gets that no other series gets so it is impressive

Not to toot my own horn that's a lie, but a pretty good portion of the hax that carries the verse in VS threads like layered Genjutsu and the TSBs having EE is only a thing because I got it accepted. For whatever reason, I have a knack for getting controversial shit accepted, so yeah ya'll are in good hands in the hax department cause I have a ton of future plans. But whether they'll be happening soon is anyone's guess cause my motivation is the most fickle thing in existence.
