Naruto being above Mountain Level is controversial King, it just depends on where your looking.
For instance , heres a copium for naruto being mountain level
-Mountains in naruto are only a few dozen meters tall so no bijuu arent mountain level
-moon is hollow and super small
-moon is super small
-mountains are small and frost country is super small tooo
I saw all of that on reddit, today, as in people still think this in 2025, so yeah.

I'd love to know what possible justification they could come up with for "mountains" only being a few dozen meters tall, because I'm just not seeing how that could be the case in anyone's book.

Yeah but EE should have been obvious, the soul manip stuff I understand though and why it isnt that.
Blame Kishi for not giving clear soul manip feats other than COAT, Rinnegag stuff, Reaper Seal, and Edo tensei etc.

Hypothetically, if I was interested in making 3 CRTS related to Bijuu level peeps, which do ya guys think would be the best to go for first?
1. Removing the possibly Low 6-B+ and turning it into a full rating, arguing primarily based on consistency of high tiers having some low low end scaling to top tiers, which doesn't make sense with a difference of thousands to tens of thousands of times
2. A scaling CRT that involves:

- Downscaling characters from Bijuu level (some characters who are currently Tier 7 > Low 6-B, but not Low 6-B+)

I mean yeah, that looks like dogwater but at the same time not having those be acknowledged at all would basically be the same as actively downplaying the characters due to the new size calc and stuff.

I'd have no issues capping characters below light speed, if that was all there is to the jutsu, but you cant put a real spin on how shinobi speeds as transmitted energy ties into their physicals

A lot of em argue that the trees are visible, completely ignoring the concept of perspective.
These are the same people that fail to notice how far Madara's slash goes as you see those rock formations or whatever progressively get smaller until they disappear while he cuts off the mountain tops in the far distance [1] [2]
